BB (Before Bridal) My career started in the corporate world working in Sales, Marketing and Digital at GlaxoSmithKline.
I opened my bridal boutique in Surrey, called Love U Forever Bridal in 2004.
Struggling to deliver the growth and momentum in my business I wanted I realised that traditional paper based marketing was not working and set out to learn all things digital.
I was an early adopter of digital marketing from 2006 and I completed several training courses with on-line marketing gurus including Russell Brunson’s 2CCX and Rachel Pedersen’s Social Media Clique, Scott Oldfield SSF Method, and more recently Rachel Miller 100 people.
As my learning progressed my appointments swelled and by 2009 my business had trebbled in size, my husband Neil was able to join the business, we had 3 employees and we made the decision to commit to our store location by purchasing the building. My husband immediately planned to extend the shop and in 2011 we relaunched our store with 3 fitting rooms, a prom and bridesmaids department and increased the team to 8 employees.
I am very passionate about helping bridal retailers with building successful businesses via creating a customer attraction plan.
Over the last 7 years I have helped many retailers understand and build maximum value from their social media and Marketing to improve more appointment, sales and conversion rates.
I have a very collaborative approach to delivering WordPress web sites, and social media strategies which deliver success, and with her extensive knowledge of the bridal retailing industry.
My Passion is to help startups retailers to get the right brand message to attract the right customers with the right brand message

In 2004 I created my bridal boutique
Developed my bridal boutique from zero to six-figure profit within 6 years of opening.
Built an Instagram account with 2,000 followers within 5 months.
Routinely trained nonselling staff to sell with confidence, taking closing rates from 25% to 60% conversion.
Created a pinterest viral idea pin which went to 500,000 views.
Consulted bridal boutique owners from concept to open and into profit.
